先日は喜多川先生のプライベートのグループレッスンを受けに横浜へ行ってきました。第二回でした。これの脚縛りは、見た感じでマネできそうほど複雑な縄筋ではないのですが、圧掛け方、縄の組み込ませ方や身体の扱い方などに極める、熟練したウデが必要な縛り方である。ちょっととしたことを変えることで、＂脚だけなのに身体を動かれない＂といったような拘束感、と安心感に繋がる均等さを与えます。
